Our Beliefs

We Believe

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and for our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit He became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered death and was buried. On the third day He rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

We also believe His Kingdom is now

When Jesus sent the seventy out, He told them to heal the sick, to cast out devils, and then to announce, “the Kingdom of God is near you.” When He was approached by the Pharisees and asked, “When the kingdom of God would come,” Jesus replied and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:20-21) His Kingdom is not physical but spiritual.
The problem with most people who read the scriptures is they believe the New Testament begins in the Gospels. It begins in Acts, Jesus was the fulfilment of the Old Covenant and IS the Kingdom of God manifested through the Day of Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit could fill all those who lose their life to follow Christ.
We believe Jesus preached The Kingdom of God within the believer. The mere fact that He IS ALREADY The King of Kings and Lord of Lords proves He has already received the “Kingdom from His Fathers heart.”
We believe that He rules on Earth as well as in heaven, because in Him both have been completed. (Ephesians 1:9-10)
We believe the communication between man and God has been re-established as it was in the Garden of Eden by the perfect sacrifice of Christ and that nothing remains to be completed in relation to our redemption and inheritance.
Jesus made a strong statement, when He appeared to His disciples after His resurrection
And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
Luke 24:44, 45 (King James Version)
We believe this is a key verse to understand and interpret the Old Testament scripture.

The Church

We believe the Church of Jesus is not a building but the gathering of true believers. Where two or more are gathered in my name I am in their midst. (Matthew 18:20) We believe Jesus Who builds His church, builds individuals in their spirit and as a corporate body of believers. We believe all true believers are part of one universal church, which is the body of Christ. We believe the Church should be one entity in each city, functioning together as one body of believers. We believe the Church was necessarily born prophetic and apostolic. These are not new trends but the foundation. We believe in Apostles and Prophets raised by the Holy Spirit to bring government, order, functioning, and to build the Church according to Ephesians 2:20-23 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone. We believe Jesus founded the Church to function and to spiritually grow and develop in the houses. It is in the houses where each believer can find their mission and destiny as the Holy Spirit manifest in every gathering. We believe as well in the holy convocation of believers that gather in an auditorium to receive from the fivefold ministries instruction, revelation and impartation. We believe in the authority of the Church to be accountable as individuals and as a body to the council of mature Elders appointed in the same manner Christ chose His disciples assigned to guide, correct, protect and encourage the sheep.
