Everything after the New Testament is NOT NEW. It is recording and reemphasizing what was spoken by the prophets in the Old Testament. Most of the things that Jesus spoke in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, He was quoting from the Old Testament, because why? He fulfilled the Law, He came to fulfill everything that was spoken about Him.

So, when you read the scriptures, understand that Jesus fulfilled “all of this book” (the Bible). It was all written about Him and for Him, and everything in here exalts Him. So, it’s not new material, it is proof of what was written in the beginning and that was fulfilled throughout the book (Bible).
