When Jesus is saying this in Matthew 28, He’s saying, go and disciple the nations, immersing them in the Godhead and teach them to observe, teach them to “be conscious” of what I said are the commandments:

“Love your God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and love your neighbor as yourself. And the greatest commandment is love one another.”
