Have you ever tried to remember a phone number, but you put your phone in your hand and immediately you start to dial the number? That’s because your body has created the memory more than your brain, so your body is the unconscious mind that forms the habit.
So, we get up every day and we perform the same routines: we check our Facebook, we check our emails, we see our same co-workers, we drive the same way, we drink our coffee out of the same cup, and go to the bathroom the same way.
We go through these routines because our body, as the unconscious mind, you can be asleep consciously and just go through the routine.
