Deliverance from Sin & Death

Everything after the New Testament is NOT NEW. It is recording and reemphasizing what was spoken by the prophets in the Old Testament. Most of the things that Jesus spoke in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, He was quoting from the Old Testament. Why is this? Because Jesus fulfilled the Law, and He came to fulfill everything that was spoken about Him by the Law and the prophets.

So, when you read the scriptures, understand that Jesus fulfilled “the entirety of this book” (the Bible). It was all written about Him and for Him, and everything in here exalts Him. So, it’s not new material, it is “proof” that what was written in the beginning about Christ was fulfilled throughout the book (Bible).
