Online registration has ended. If you have not yet registered and you are planning to come, there are still seats available. You will need to register at the Conference “Registration and Check In” table located in the Compass room of the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.

If you have already registered for the event, please print out your conference ticket or show a digital copy from your email when you check in at our conference.  If you have any questions, please email us at events@voiceofthelight.com

Registration available only “At the Door” beginning Thursday, August 22 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and Friday, August 23 at 8:00 AM (see itinerary below).

• $75 USD per person at the door (non refundable, subject to availability)

Conference Itinerary:

Thursday, August 22

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – “Early Conference Check-In” for registered guests or “Registration at the Door” if you have not purchased your conference ticket. Please check-in for the conference so you get your access bracelet. Located “Compass” room to the right of the main entrance of the hotel.

Friday, August 23

8:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Registration “Check In” & Voice of The Light Store Open in the “Compass” room

9:30 AM – Session 1 Aviation Room

12:30 PM – 2:15 PM – Lunch Break

(The hotel is offering a $25 lunch buffet for all conference guests located in the Frequency Lounge and Restaurant)

2:30 PM – Session 2 Aviation Room

4:30 PM – Break Time

5:15 PM – Session 3 Aviation Room

Saturday, August 24

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM –  Voice of The Light Store open in the “Compass” room

9:00 AM – Session 1 Aviation Room

12:00 PM – 1:45 PM – Lunch Break

(The hotel is offering a $25 lunch buffet for all conference guests located in the Frequency Lounge and Restaurant)

2:00 PM – Session 2 Aviation Room

4:00 PM – Break Time

5:00 PM – Session 3 Aviation Room

The Voice of Light Store will be open before and after sessions in the Compass Room. We will have wonderful promotions and offers, at prices only available during the conference.

PARKING IS FREE for everyone who comes to the conference, even if you see “pay your parking” signage please do not do it, as it will not be possible to refund you.
