“Be still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

“Knowing” only comes when you can be still. Everything else is restlessness.

Expand your spirit outside of your body because that’s where it is. Your spirit is not in your body, your body is in your spirit, but because we’ve been trained to use our bodies to validate our existence and our image, we believe our spirit is inside our body.

You are inside your spirit. Your physical body is inside your spirit.

Now allow your spirit to expand beyond this time and space. Be conscious of the restlessness.
