Reflection
The resurrection of Jesus Christ opened the way for all who believe in Him to live in fellowship with God and to participate in the realities of His Kingdom. In Christ, there is no longer an unbridgeable separation between heaven and earth, for God has revealed His purpose of bringing all things together in His Son. Because of this, the believer is called to live with a Kingdom perspective, viewing life through the eyes of the One who reigns over all things.
Scripture invites us to come boldly to the throne of grace. There we find mercy, wisdom, guidance, and everything we need to fulfill the purpose God has prepared for each of us. Our dependence is no longer limited to what we can see with our natural eyes; instead, we rest in the Lord’s provision and faithfulness.
Yet many times, it is our own way of thinking that limits our ability to trust God fully. The Gospel transforms our minds so that we learn to see reality from Christ’s perspective rather than merely through our present circumstances. The more our understanding is renewed by God’s Word and the Holy Spirit, the more willing we become to walk by faith.
God continues to call His people to live with an eternal perspective, fixing their eyes on Christ and trusting in the fullness of His Kingdom. As our hearts remain united with Him, we learn to live with hope, freedom, and confidence, knowing that our lives are hidden with Christ in God and that His grace is sufficient for everything He calls us to do.
Meditation for Today
Am I living from a Kingdom perspective, or am I focused only on what I can see?
Am I coming confidently to the Lord to receive His guidance and His grace?
What ways of thinking does God want to renew in my life so that I can walk in greater faith?
Prayer
Father, thank You that through Jesus Christ You have given me access to Your presence and to the riches of Your Kingdom. Thank You that I can come boldly to Your throne of grace to receive mercy and find help whenever I need it.
Renew my mind so that I may learn to live from the perspective of Your Kingdom. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on Christ, to trust in Your provision, and to walk each day with the hope, freedom, and confidence that come from You. May my life reflect the reality of Your Kingdom in everything I do.
