Numbers 12:3
“Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.”
2 Corinthians 4:7
“But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.”
Reflection
The fullness of God’s authority is not born from human power, but from a heart that has been shaped by Him. God leads us through processes where our natural strength is broken and where we learn gentleness, flexibility, and total dependence on His Spirit. It is precisely through this process that we are transformed into vessels capable of carrying His glory.
Moses did not begin as a gentle man. At first, he acted from natural impulse, reasoning, and human strength. But the wilderness and the presence of God deeply transformed him. God shaped his character until he became a man who was flexible, sensitive, and completely dependent on Him. That gentleness allowed him to carry such a great dimension of glory and authority.
Gentleness is not weakness; it is strength surrendered to God. It is the ability to remain moldable in His hands without hardening the heart or resisting His direction. God can entrust His glory to those who no longer seek to exalt themselves, but who are available to be used however He desires.
The more flexible we are before God, the more room He has to form His nature within us. Transformation happens when we stop fighting His process and allow His hand to continually shape us. Then we become vessels where His presence can dwell and manifest freely.
Meditation for Today
Am I allowing God to shape my character and heart?
Am I gentle and flexible before His voice, or am I still resisting His process?
Am I seeking my own strength, or to become a vessel that carries His glory?
Prayer
Father, thank You because Your process is not meant to destroy me, but to transform me into a useful vessel for Your Kingdom. Form within me the gentleness and flexibility that come from walking closely with You.
Remove all hardness, pride, and self-sufficiency from my heart. Teach me to fully surrender to Your will so that Your glory may rest upon my life. Make me a clean, moldable, and available vessel to carry Your presence and manifest Your authority on the earth. Amen.
Blessings beloved
