In quantum physics, there is energy, which I call spirit, and then there’s particle, and we focus on the particle.

So if you get a picture that the spirit does not live inside of us, but we live inside the spirit, then it will help you understand your relationship with how you look, how you experience this dimension.

The physical dimension, this three dimensional plane that we physically navigate through in our bodies is that small, small percentage of the atom which is the foundation or the building block for everything material. And we’ve talked about the composition of an atom before.
