You cannot wait for something in the future. You cannot wait for something in the environment to change what Christ has already done on the inside of you.

 That is the biggest lie that we tell ourselves every day, that once I have money, I’m going to be okay. Once I have my health, I’m going to be okay. If I could just have this place to live, I’m going to be okay. If Jesus will just return and get rid of my enemies, I’m going to be okay.

 He’s already done all those things and He could give you everything that you desire today, and it still wouldn’t change your perception of life.
