Transition

Jesus is telling everyone in the sound of His voice that the reality of who He is “is Spirit” and the way they live in this physical world is by eating bread and drinking liquids. Jesus said the spiritual realm depends on feeding on Him, eating His Living Word, which is bread and blood. So, in Jesus defining Himself, He’s giving them understanding that they can’ t understand because they are so focused on the reality of this dimension.
