Who’s the Greatest Prophet?
We have such a greater revelation than the people had during the Bible times. It’s not wise to look at the “old” and try to exalt it and somehow remake it and make it better. You see that happening in the church today, when people try to “make special” the sacrifices and the feasts of the Jewish times, because in reality that was “finished”. The sacrifices and feasts were a picture of “Him” who was coming and was Greater than everything concerning the Old Testament. So, we have to get a hold of that and understand that. And we see how that plays into people thinking that the prophetic is such an important part of their life today. What you must see is that the prophetic culminated in Christ in these scriptures. It was done to the perfection of God, and you can’t improve on perfection.
