When light is observed, it becomes material. Light has the power to manifest, and when it says manifest it means bringing from the invisible to the visible.
When the light appeared on the first day, everything was manifested from the invisible to the visible.
If we are immersed in the light of the new Jerusalem and exist in the radiance of the New Jerusalem, we can manifest this design on earth.
