Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Genesis 2:5-8 “Now no shrub had yet appeared on the earth and no plant had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no one to work the ground… Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.”
Reflection
Genesis 1 is the creation of everything invisible.
And I’m going to tell you something that may be strange to you: in the midst of this earth there is a parallel earth. This earth is exactly like this physical earth, but it is where God planted Adam.
Everything that belongs to the armies of heaven is in Genesis 1.
Before there were plants and trees on the physical earth, God had already made the heavens and the earth. Genesis 2 clearly says: “no shrub had yet appeared on the earth and no plant had yet sprung up.” They existed first in the heavenly realm, then manifested in the earthly realm.
The Eden where God planted Adam was not just a physical garden. It was a place where the heavenly and earthly met, where the heavenly parallel earth manifested in physical form. Adam walked between two realities simultaneously.
Meditation for Today
Do I understand that Genesis 1 describes the creation of the invisible and that there is a heavenly reality parallel to the earthly? Do I recognize that everything physical is a manifestation of something that already existed in the heavenly?
Prayer
Father, open my understanding to the creation of the invisible in Genesis 1.
Reveal the heavenly parallel earth where You planted Adam, where the heavenly and earthly meet.
May I understand that everything physical is a manifestation of what already exists in the heavens.
Amen.
Blessings beloved
