Reflection
There are different ways in which disease enters the body, the first are the darkness.
Darkness is not abstract. They are real doors through which disease finds entrance to the body. And one of the most powerful manifestations of darkness is iniquity.
Darkness translates to iniquity that is transferred from generation to generation.
Iniquity is not simply individual sin. It is a spiritual pattern that is transmitted through generational lines. What your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents sowed in iniquity may be affecting your body right now.
Where there is iniquity we will find disease.
This is a spiritual law: iniquity opens doors to disease. Not all disease comes from personal iniquity, but much disease is connected to generational iniquity that has never been dealt with.
Scripture speaks clearly about how the iniquity of the fathers visits the children to the third and fourth generation. This visitation manifests in many ways, and one of the most common is chronic disease, patterns of ailment that repeat family after family.
That is why it is imperative to deal with Iniquity.
It is not optional. It is not something we can ignore if we want to walk in the divine health that Christ purchased for us. Iniquity must be identified, confessed, renounced and cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
Christ was crushed for our sins, wounded for our transgressions. He bore all iniquity, both personal and generational, so that we could be free from its destructive effects.
But this freedom does not manifest automatically. We must confess it. We must renounce it. We must consciously apply the complete work of the cross over the generational lines of iniquity that have brought disease to our lives.
When we deal with iniquity, we close one of the main doors through which disease enters the body. We clean the generational lines. We break the cycles. And we activate the divine health that already belongs to us.
Meditation for Today
Are there patterns of disease that repeat in my family generation after generation? Have I dealt with generational iniquity or have I simply ignored it? Am I willing to confess and renounce iniquity to close the doors to disease?
Prayer
Father, I acknowledge that there are different ways in which disease enters the body, and one of the main ones is the darkness of generational iniquity.
I confess the iniquity of my parents, grandparents and great-grandparents, and I renounce every pattern that has been transferred from generation to generation.
I declare that Christ was crushed for my iniquities, that He bore all generational sin, and that by His wounds I was healed.
I close every door that iniquity opened to disease in my body, I cleanse the generational lines by the blood of Jesus, and I break every cycle of ailment and death.
I activate the divine health that already belongs to me, free from the darkness of iniquity, walking in the light of the Father.
Amen.
Blessings beloved
