We are talking about what the thought of God is and what the spirit of prophecy is.
The spirit of prophecy, or the Spirit Of God is the spirit of truth. When the prophetic spirit is manifested, it speaks the truth and this truth is uncomfortable.
The Kingdom of God, which is not of this world, has things that make our flesh very uncomfortable.
When the Spirit of God speaks to us, He is the stone that comes to disturb the substance of the spirit and the spirit will begin to envelop that revelation until it becomes a precious pearl.
